Plain-Language Notice

Muralists and artists who join or appear on MuralHire are generally independent contractors, not employees of MuralHire, unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.

What That Means

Artists generally control their own:

• schedule
• pricing
• availability
• project acceptance
• taxes
• tools, materials, and methods of work

Platform Role

MuralHire's role is generally to support discovery, intake, and managed introductions. That does not by itself create an employment relationship.
