    Terms of Service

    Last updated June 4, 2026

    Overview

MuralHire is a managed-match marketplace that helps businesses discover muralists, submit project briefs, and receive curated introductions. By using MuralHire, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    What MuralHire Does

    MuralHire provides:

    • public information about mural services, cities, and project types
    • artist profile and listing tools
    • project brief intake for businesses
    • managed introductions and matching workflows

MuralHire does not guarantee that any user will receive leads, bookings, revenue, or a completed project.

    Eligibility

You must use MuralHire only if you can lawfully enter into binding agreements and provide accurate account information.

    Accounts

    You are responsible for:

    • keeping your login credentials secure
    • providing accurate profile and contact information
    • promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate

We may suspend or remove accounts that are misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to the platform.

    Platform Use

    You agree not to:

    • impersonate another person or business
    • submit false or misleading project or portfolio information
    • upload content you do not have the right to use
    • interfere with the operation or security of the platform
    • scrape, copy, or republish protected platform content without authorization

    Artist Listings and Business Requests

MuralHire may allow artists to create listings and businesses to submit project requests. Listing visibility, matching, and introductions are subject to platform review, quality controls, and operational capacity.

We may pause, edit, limit, or remove listings or requests where needed to protect platform quality, trust, or legal compliance.

No Guarantee of Match or Booking

Submitting a project or creating an artist profile does not guarantee:

    • a match
    • an introduction
    • a proposal
    • a booking
    • a particular number of leads or project opportunities

    User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions you grant to MuralHire to host, display, format, and use that content to operate and promote the platform.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any content you provide, including images, portfolio work, and descriptive text.

    Image and Attribution Rules

Use of mural images, photos, and public highlights is governed in part by MuralHire's Image & Attribution Policy. We may remove or decline content where rights, authorship, or attribution are unclear.

    Third-Party Relationships

MuralHire may introduce artists and businesses, but MuralHire is not automatically a party to the final mural agreement unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Project scope, price, scheduling, permits, insurance, approvals, and installation responsibilities may depend on agreements between the parties involved.

    Suspension and Removal

We may suspend, limit, or remove access to the platform or specific content if we believe it is necessary to:

    • enforce these terms
    • address legal or rights complaints
    • protect users or the platform
    • maintain trust and quality

    Disclaimers

MuralHire is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MuralHire disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MuralHire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from use of the platform.
