    What we do

    Artist Selection, end to end.

Artist selection is where most commercial art projects succeed or fail. We shortlist from a nationwide network, screening for commercial experience, insurance, reliability at scale, and stylistic fit — not just an appealing feed.

You receive a comparable shortlist: portfolios, relevant precedent, budget alignment, availability, and references, presented so a committee can decide quickly.

    • Style and creative direction brief
    • Curated shortlist of three to six artists
    • Portfolio and precedent packages
    • Budget and availability verification
    • Insurance and credential screening
    • Selection facilitation and scoring support
    • Artist agreement and scope negotiation
    Why it matters

The business case for artist selection.

    Reduce selection risk

Every shortlisted artist has delivered comparable commercial work before.

    Decide faster

A structured, comparable shortlist replaces months of unqualified outreach.

    Match style to strategy

Selection starts from the property's audience and brand, not from personal taste.

    Confirm capacity

Availability, crew size, insurance, and equipment are verified before the shortlist reaches you.

    Process

    How the engagement runs.

    1. 01

      Discovery

We review the site, the audience, the brand, and the constraints — surfaces, access, timeline, budget range, and approvals.

    2. 02

      Planning

We translate the goal into a scope: locations, formats, square footage, permitting path, and a realistic schedule.

    3. 03

      Artist selection

We shortlist vetted artists whose style, commercial track record, and availability fit the project, then run the selection with you.

    4. 04

      Design

Concepts, revisions, and renderings in context so stakeholders approve what will actually be installed.

    5. 05

      Project management

Contracts, insurance, permits, site logistics, and schedule tracking — one point of contact through the whole build.

    6. 06

      Installation

Coordinated on-site execution, quality review, protective coatings where needed, and final documentation photography.

    FAQs

    Artist Selection questions, answered.

    How do you vet artists?+

We review completed commercial work, confirm insurance and business standing, verify experience with the required scale and equipment, and check references from prior commercial clients.

How many artists will I see?+

Usually three to six. Enough for a real comparison, few enough to keep a committee decision on schedule.

Can we run a competitive call instead?+

Yes. For public or high-profile projects we administer an open RFQ with published criteria and a scored panel review.

Do you work with artists we already know?+

Yes. We can contract, manage, and insure an artist you have already identified while handling the commercial process around them.
